Program: Accent Jewelers sends customer-care text messages: updates about your transaction, loan, layaway, repair, or appraisal, and replies to questions you text us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.
How to join: The primary way to sign up is on our website. Visit our Contact Us page at accentjewelers.com/contact-us and check the optional box labeled “I consent to receive SMS from Accent Jewelers.” The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Checking it means: “By checking this box, I consent to receive customer-care SMS from Accent Jewelers about my loan, layaway, repair, or questions I’ve asked.” Consent is optional and not a condition of any purchase or service. Reply STOP to opt-out; Reply HELP for support; message and data rates apply; messaging frequency may vary.
If you do business with us in store, we will also let you know we may text you about your loan, layaway, or repair, and you can tell the associate if you would rather not be contacted. We will mark your preference and send nothing. Your first text from us is always a welcome message containing these terms and instructions to opt out.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may decline text messages and still use every service we offer, including loans and layaway.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier
plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and
nothing further unless you re-subscribe. Reply HELP for help, or call 901-682-8036.
Your mobile number, your consent status, and the content of your messages are never
shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
